Chosen Electives (name)

International Financial Management

Main differences compared to Nova SBE teaching methods

More academic: academic papers as part of lectures

Available options for accommodation and suggestions

Saltis – Student Housing 2 min away from SSE (most CEMS exchange students are here)

Lappis – Student Housing further away, still okay from what I have heard

Some other student housing is available for students part of a Swedish Student Association. Not sure how it works but way cheaper!

Approximate cost of accommodation

Saltis: ~600€

Lappis: ~450-500€

Total cost of living (per month)

>1000€ (but Erasmus money is possible - ~300€ per month)

Transportation cost

3.5€ for 75 min (student price)

Meal cost

~10€ for lunch, Lidl as cheap option

Briefly comment your overall experience

Lifestyle is different from Nova and if I would have had no budget constraints, I would have preferred to

leave Europe. However, Stockholm itself and especially the people are nice. It is a good academic

experience! When its sunny, it has a lot to offer outside of the city, so if you love nature go for it!
